Corrections and Updates Policy
How MyShroomPlanet handles factual corrections, product changes, broken links, and reader feedback.
What we correct
We correct material factual errors, broken or misdirected links, inaccurate ingredient or product details, outdated availability statements, unsafe wording, and attribution errors.
How product pages change
Amazon listings, sellers, formulas, variations, prices, and availability can change. Pages show a last-checked date where practical and direct readers to verify the live label. Retail links may be updated, replaced, or removed when a product changes or no longer meets our editorial standard.
How to report an issue
Use the Contact page and select “Correction or update.” Include the URL, disputed statement, source, and date observed. We review credible evidence and update the page when warranted.
Transparency
Substantial corrections may be noted on the page. Minor grammar, formatting, and link repairs may be made without a correction note.
